This room with private bathroom is another accommodation option, if you are traveling to Ibiza alone or as a couple.
WARNING : Be aware that, since I live and work in this apartment , and that people who are not on vacation and work early live in the building I can only accept guests who are quiet and respectful. Therefore, you can not invite other persons into the apartment.
I hope you understand these rules, and are willing to abide by them. but it is a must. On the other hand, you are more than welcome to stay with us .

- Extremely silent area although it's near Figueretas (5 mins) and 15 mins walk to the center.

- 100 mt from the beach located between Figueretas and Playa d'en Bossa

The bulding is 2 years old, so quite new.
